Summer Picnic

Join your ski club friends for an afternoon picnic at the Hyatt Hotel in Reston Town Center, which is located just off the Dulles Toll Road and also nearby Route 7 headed west from Tysons Corner toward Leesburg.
Due to restrictions currently in place and renovations underway at our usual location of Fort Myer, we had to look for alternatives.
The picnic will be on the second floor of the hotel in part of the hotel's ballroom, and we will also have access to an outdoor terrace.
The menu will consist of our typical picnic fare: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, sides, and soft drinks, with cake for dessert. A cash bar will be available for the beverages of your choice ... and one of our tour operators is graciously helping sponsor some beer! Another tour operator is donating a pair of Atomic goggles that we'll award as a door prize!
Registration is REQUIRED to attend!

We hope you will come out and catch up with your ski club friends and meet the trip leaders for the ski trips for the upcoming winter. If you need to make a payment, bring your checkbook or your credit card.
Parking at Reston Town Center is FREE on the weekend. Note - there is pay parking in the Hyatt Hotel garage, but there are several nearby garages that are free. The Hyatt is located between the Silver and Blue garages on the map below. The Green and Orange garages are also good parking options.

If Your Plans Change
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, or if you need to change the number of people you've registered, please let us know by Monday June 21 so we can adjust our catering order ... or perhaps confirm someone else to attend, if we've had to form a wait list due to capacity restrictions. You may do this by:

- Cancelling your registration yourself:

- click on your picnic registration
- click on the Already registered link
- click on the Cancel registration button
- If you need to change the number of people you've registered (up or down), you can first cancel your registration, and then re-register with the new information. Or just contact us.
