Sign Up Procedures:
1. Call Grand Circle Cruise Line at 1-877-220-2540 or 1-800-221-2610 (Monday-Saturday, 9AM-7PM EST). The phone number on the flyer is no longer in service. New flyer coming. 2. Tell the travel counselor that you want to register for The Great Rivers of Europe with the Pentagon Ski Club and mention the group code G3-27957 - Otherwise you might end up on a different group trip. 3. Make your $500 deposit. You can use any credit card except AE. 4. You can also purchase the OAT optional travel protection plan (insurance). This is not required and totally up to you. 5. After signing up with Grand Circle register with PSC.

Membership Requirement: Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.
Insurance: The insurance OAT/Grand Circle offers is cancel for any reason. As an alternative, we are offering three levels of insurance (including medical only for $16-$60 depending on age) from Myra Altschuler at Travel Protectors. Her details are on the linked flyer and you have to contact her directly - do not send the money to us. We have used her before with success. You can also opt for your own insurance.
