Copper Mountain’s first hotel, Element 29 is nestled at the base of the resort's Center Village.  Our Double Queen Rooms are equipped with coffee makers and mini-fridges.  WiFi is complimentary.  Add $1,030 for the Single Supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are selected during the registration process.  The listed trip price includes five days of lift tickets for an adult or senior skier.  Non-skiers and skiers holding a "Full" or "Base" Ikon Pass (who enjoy unlimited skiing at Copper) save $299 on the package without a lift ticket.

Ikon Passes:  Ikon Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), may provide the best value if you plan more than one trip to an "Ikon resort."  Participants are encouraged to purchase their Ikon Pass early-on as the cost typically increases with time.  The cost of a full Ikon Pass was as follows, as of early June 2022:

•  $879 - Youth/Young Adult (age 13-22)
•  $839 - College, Nurse and Military (Adult & Young Adult)
  
•  $389 - Child (age 5-12)
•  $149 - Toddler (age 4 & under)
  

You may purchase Ikon Passes directly from Ikon, but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the various options available, including promotional offers from our tour operators.  They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Ikon.

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning August 1.

Payment Schedule:

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your payment:  Pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.

If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to the Pentagon Ski Club and mail it to our treasurer:  Christina Anderson, 5502 Maplefield Place, Alexandria, VA  22310.   Indicate which trip, and what skier(s), it is for.  Or give it to the trip leader (or to Christina) at a club meeting.
