Nestled in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort, The Charter is a European-style lodge with elegant accommodations. Within walking distance from shopping, dining and year-round ice-skating in Beaver Creek Village, The Charter combines the comforts of home with resort-style amenities to provide guests with a truly refined mountain experience with convenient ski-in/ski-out access.
Guests will experience first-class service with a 24-hour front desk and concierge. Whether dining at one of the property’s two on-site restaurants or indulging in a relaxing treatment at the spa, guests have great amenities right at their fingertips. The resort also features an indoor lap pool, hot tubs, and a health club complete with a fully-equipped fitness center, steam rooms and saunas. With equipment rentals also available right on-site, guests can easily grab skis or snowboards and head out to enjoy The Charter’s ideal mountain location. Additional conveniences include complimentary WiFi, and resort shuttle service.
The Charter’s game room features a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, a variety of Arcade games, a big screen TV and a WII console with a variety of games. There are also vending machines and a coin-operated washer and dryer. A computer center features three computers complimentary web access and printing. Our rooms have two Queen beds. Rooms with a single King bed may be available, upon request, for a modest up-charge. Amenities include a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, TV/DVD player, cable, complimentary high-speed internet access, and a phone with voicemail and dataport. The rooms also include a wall safe, humidifier, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Plush terry bathrobes are available. Add $887 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself. 1- and 2-bedroom condos might also available; ask trip leader to confirm availability and pricing.
Adults (64 & under) add $63 to pre-purchase a 6th-day lift ticket. 65-69 seniors deduct $40 with the 5-day ticket or instead add $15 for the 6-day ticket. Non-skiers (and EpicPass holders) may deduct $450 for the package without lift tickets.

Membership Requirement: Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip. Since the trip is essentially sold out as of July 2018, there are no plans to "sanction" the trip through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.

We’ll confirm your registration when we receive and acknowledge your deposit: Mail (or give) a check to the trip leader, payable to the Pentagon Ski Club, or pay your trip invoice online with a credit card. Partial payment of trip invoices online is not possible – you must pay the entire invoice – but we’ve created a work-around: After signing up (registering) for the trip, then also register for the “Trip Deposit – Credit Card Payments” trip that we’ve set up and select one or more trips for which you wish to pay the initial deposit. You may then pay the resulting invoice, consisting of only those initial deposits, online with a credit card. You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.
