6 nights in Studio-Kitchenette Rooms at the Vintage Hotel with après-ski reception, 4-day lift ticket, and nonstop RT air on Southwest Airlines from Dulles to Denver (details below).

With our switch to air on Southwest (previously on United), the trip cost remains the same but there's a potential $140 savings in luggage fees:  Would have cost $70 each way for two bags on United, but now free on Southwest.

The hotel is located at the entrance to the resort and connected to the base village by an open-air cabriolet lift.

The hotel features a heated pool and hot tub overlooking the slopes and is right next to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill.  The Five Mountain Tavern, located near the lobby, has a full bar and filling fare such as gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and pizza.

Our upgrade studio-kitchenette rooms have 2 queen beds, a gas fireplace (in most units), a television, and a kitchenette equipped with a coffeemaker, dishwasher, dinette/dining table, 2-element stove-top burner, microwave, mini-fridge, pots, pans, and dishware.

Add $475 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Our promotional group lift ticket rate is better than the regular senior rate.  Non-skiers (and Ikon Pass holders) save $196 on the package without lift tickets.

Please enter your Ikon Pass number into your profile before registering for the trip.  We must provide your pass number to the resort so that it counts towards our group lift ticket minimum purchase requirements.

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip has been "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning August 1.

Payment Schedule: 

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your deposit:  Mail (or give) a check to the trip leader, payable to the Pentagon Ski Club, or pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.
