Our rooms offer an extensive list of amenities including coffee makers and mini-fridges.  Complimentary WiFi is available in our rooms and throughout the hotel.  Add $1,560 for the Single Supplement if you want a room to yourself.

EPIC Passes Required:  You must obtain an Epic Pass to ski on the trip.  This is due to the September 2020 announcement that Vail Resorts will be restricting COVID-19 related slope access at all of their resorts.  Guaranteed ski time will be limited solely to Epic Pass holders.  Pass options, which include reasonably priced Epic Day Passes,* may be purchased on the Vail Resorts website. 

Skiing Reservations Required:  Each skier will be required to reserve their ski days online, in advance.  The reservation window for pass holders runs from November 6 through December 7.  Some guidance on making your reservations is provided in Vail Skiing Reservation Procedure.

*Note:  As of 11/2/2020, the cost of the 5/6 day (non-holiday) Epic Day Passes was $506/$589.  This is substantially less than the group lift tickets that we had initially offered with the trip; those were priced at $660/$759 (adults) and $652/$751 (seniors).

Air Schedule:  NOTE:  As of 9/11/2020, the trip is being sold only as a ground package, i.e., without the round-trip air from Dulles to Denver.  You must secure your own air transportation for the trip.  Contact trip leader to discuss options.  The trip leader and most others will be traveling on the United Airlines flight itinerary shown in the table below; this will dictate the schedule for our ground transportation from the airport to the resort & return.

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning July 1.

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your deposit:  Mail (or give) a check to the trip leader, payable to the Pentagon Ski Club, or pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.
