7 nights (Sat-Sat) in deluxe hotel rooms at The Stonebridge Inn with welcome reception, daily breakfast buffet, 5-day adult lift ticket, RT air (details below), and ground transfers.

Selected three years in a row as one of the 50 Top Ski Resort Hotels in the United States by Condé Nast Traveler magazine, the Stonebridge Inn offers comfortable, modern hotel rooms in the style of a rustic lodge, within walking distance to the Snowmass Base Village.  Extensive amenities include mini refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna, Internet access, on-site laundry facilities, and a ski locker room.  Complimentary shuttles are available to take us around the village.

Add $975 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.  (An additional $210, for the single supplement in the expansion block, will be added to your trip invoice after you're confirmed on the trip.)

Our lift tickets are good at all four area resorts: Snowmass, Aspen, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk.  Non-skiers (and Ikon Pass holders) save $360 for the package without lift tickets.  Holders of the Full Ikon Pass are entitled to ski 7 days at Aspen/Snowmass, while holders of the Ikon Base Plus Pass are entitled to ski 5 days.  Ikon Base Plus Pass holders who wish to ski every day may purchase the one-day lift ticket.

Please enter your Ikon Pass number into your profile before registering for the trip.  We must provide your pass number to the resort so that it counts towards our group lift ticket minimum purchase requirements.

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip has been "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning July 1.

Payment Schedule: 

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your payment:  Pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.

If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to the Pentagon Ski Club and mail it to Dave at the address below.  Indicate which trip, and what skier(s), it is for.   Or give it to Dave at a club meeting.
