Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run we're just a few steps away from the ski slopes.

Beaver Run has an extensive lineup of amenities including pools, hot tubs, and a fitness room.

Our spacious, comfortable rooms are individually furnished and have two pillow-top Queen beds and a sitting area.  Amenities include a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. 

Add $710 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Colorado Suite

Upgrades may be available upon request for a modest extra cost, including:

• Studio units with one Queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and an efficiency kitchen.  ($25 p/p double occupancy; $735 extra for single occupancy)
• Colorado Suites with one Queen bed, a sleeper sofa, an efficiency kitchen, a fireplace, and a private balcony.  (Approx $110 p/p, double occupancy)
• Two-bedroom Suites may also be available, with a Queen bed in one bedroom, two Queen beds in in the 2nd bedroom, a sleeper sofa, full kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony.  (Quad occupancy; no additional cost)
  

Breakfast Option:  Coupons for the breakfast buffet at Spencer's Restaurant are available as a $17/day option; tax & gratuity included.  You may select as many or as few days as you wish when you register for the trip. 

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts is no longer offering competitively priced group lift tickets, and the Breck-Only tickets offered to us are too costly ($566/$648 for 5/6 days).  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip:

• A "full" Epic Pass ($783)
  
• Military Epic Passes – Active/Retired ($135); Veteran ($447)
  
• Epic Day Passes – ($392 for 5 days; $456 for 6 days - non-holiday rates)
  
• Summit Value Pass ($471) – good at both Breck and Keystone
• Epic Local Passes ($583)

Prices shown are as of early May 2021 and are for non-holiday dates.  The cost typically increases at the start of the summer, and then again around Labor Day, and pass sales (except the Day Passes) are likely to end in November.  You may purchase Epic Passes directly from Vail Resorts, but they are also available through our tour operator, Winter Ski and Sport.  WSS will afford you a rebate on your trip if you buy your Epic Pass through them.  They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Vail Resorts.

No Reservation System:  Last winter Vail Resorts required skiers to reserve their ski days online.  They provided this update on 3/19/21:

We designed the [reservation] system to help safely manage on-mountain capacity during this pandemic.  While we do not know exactly how COVID-19 will impact our industry next winter, we are not planning to have a reservation system next season.  For anyone worried that the absence of a reservation system will lead to longer lift lines, we have extensive learnings from this season around lift loading efficiencies and are implementing new strategies to materially reduce wait times.

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip has been "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning July 1.
