- The required deposit for this adventure is $500 per person. Deposits can be made by check, bank withdrawal or credit card (American Express not accepted).

- After signing up with OAT, please sign up/register for the trip with the club, and then call Christina to let her know.

Membership Requirement: Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.
Trip Insurance: The insurance that OAT offers is cancel for any reason (CFAR). As an alternative, three levels of insurance -- including medical only for $16-$60 depending on age -- are available from Myra Altschuler with Travel Protectors. We have used her before with success. Her details are on the linked flyer. Note that the Cancel for Any Reason coverage must be purchased within 14 days from when you pay your very first trip deposit. You must contact Myra directly; do not send your premium payment to us. You can also opt for your own insurance.
