Harveys, the very first casino hotel built on the Lake Tahoe’s South Shore, has a rich tradition of hospitality that you’ll discover around every corner with chic, modern décor.  Explore Harveys Website to discover all the hotel's amenities.

Heavenly's Ridge Run

Walking distance to the gondola, Harveys offers easy access to all the thrills that Heavenly has to offer.  Explore world famous terrain across two states, from the most scenic trail in skiing on Ridge Run to the steeps in Mott and Killebrew Canyons, Heavenly is the place to enjoy all of skiing’s finest moments with friends and family alike.  

Plans are tentative at the moment, but we hope to arrange a day trip to Kirkwood on Monday and Northstar on Wednesday; any of our Epic Pass products are good at both of those resorts.

The trip is the BRSC's Western Carnival and includes:

• Sunday & Tuesday aprés ski parties with appetizers & beverages
• Thursday farewell dinner/dance with beverages
  

Queen/Queen Room

Located in Harvey's Tahoe Tower, our recently remodeled 525-square-foot Luxury Rooms offer two Queen beds. 

Single Rooms:   Listed price is for double occupancy; add $700 for the Single Supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts is no longer offering competitively priced group lift tickets.  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip, not only at Heavenly but also at Northstar and Kirkwood resorts.  Prices shown are as of late November 2023, but December 3, 2023 was the last day to buy passes for the 2023-24 season, including the Day Passes:

• A "full" Epic Pass ($1,025)

• Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for a "38 resort" pass) – ($385 for 5 days; $449 for 6 days)

Membership Requirement:  Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council.  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip beginning August 1.

Payment Schedule:

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your initial deposit:  Pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction.  You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings.  Note:  If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice.  You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.

If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to the Pentagon Ski Club and mail it to our treasurer:  Christina Anderson, 5502 Maplefield Place, Alexandria, VA  22310.   Indicate which trip, and what skier(s), it is for.  Or give it to the trip leader (or to Christina) at a club meeting.
