BRSC Western Carnival Feb 2-9, 2025
$3,100
Lift ticket not included.
Epic Pass of some type recommended (more below).
BRSC Western Carnival!!!!!!!!!
Lots of stuff included in the price; Welcome Party, mid-week Après Ski Party, Farewell Dinner Party and daily full breakfast included. We will also have a Pentagon only "Pizza Party". With 7,300 lift-served acres (the most in the U.S.), 43 lifts, and nearly 350 runs, Park City Mountain Resort has something for everyone. One of three originally separate ski areas adjacent to the historic silver mining town, Park City Mountain Resort is sandwiched between Deer Valley ski area to the east and the Canyons ski area to the north-west. Canyons is now part of Park City Mountain Resort.
Our trip package includes 7 nights (Sun-Sun) at the luxurious Sheraton Hotel (sleep at 6,900 ft) with daily breakfast, RT air to Salt Lake City (details below), and ground transfers.
The Sheraton’s amenities include an indoor atrium pool with hot tub and sauna, a youth game room, Starbucks and gift shop, and Timbers Restaurant and Lounge. Shuttle service is available to historic Main St. and Park City's Ski Resorts.
The hotel did a complete renovation in 2019. Our renovated rooms have one King or two Queen beds, mini-fridges, coffee/tea makers, WiFi and a work desk.
Single Rooms: Listed price is for double occupancy. Add $1,530 for the Single Supplement if you want a room to yourself.
Lift Tickets: Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts is no longer offering competitively priced group lift tickets. Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.
Epic Passes: Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on. The following options would cover your skiing for the trip at both Park City and The Canyons. Prices shown are as of March 2024 when 2024-25 pass sales began, but will increase in the ensuing months, and will be unavailable after early December:
- A "full" Epic Pass ($982)
- Military Epic Pass – Active/Retired ($172); Veteran ($561)
- Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for an "all resort" pass)
– ($492 for 5 days; $573 for 6 days)
- Epic Local Pass ($731)
- Tahoe Local Pass ($621) - 5 days total at The Rockies
You may purchase Epic Passes directly from Vail Resorts, but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the various options available, including promotional offers from our tour operators. They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Vail Resorts.
Ikon Passes - Deer Valley: Skiers who also have an Ikon Pass might want to spend a day or two skiing at nearby Deer Valley Resort. A "Full" Ikon Pass affords you a total of 7 days of skiing at Deer Valley. The Ikon Base Pass has no benefits at Deer Valley, but the Base Plus Pass gives you 5 days of skiing.
