Our hotel is right next to the lift, and the historic town awaits us!

Elevation Hotel & Spa - Crested Butte's Only Slopeside Hotel

Our trip includes 7 nights (Sat-Sat) at the luxury ski-in/ski-out Elevation Hotel & Spa (sleep at 9,375 ft) with RT air to nearby Gunnison airport (details below), and ground transfers.  First-morning's breakfast at the hotel's José Restaurant is included.  Take a tour of the hotel's photo gallery to get a good look at all the amenities!

The 11,000 square foot Elevation Spa & High-Altitude Fitness Center has a lot to enjoy, featuring a heated indoor pool as well as three hot tubs – one indoors and two outdoors so you can soak in the incredible mountain views.  The therapy room provide relaxing massages for your muscles after skiing as well as soothing body treatments for your skin, and refreshing facials for a beautiful complexion.  Separate women and men locker facilities are equipped with steam room, showers, shampoo, and hair dryers.

Use of the extensive fitness center, pool, and hot tubs is included with all services to extend and enhance your spa experience.

Our spacious rooms have two queen beds and include a kitchenette with a microwave, under-counter refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffeemaker, granite countertops, and stone tile floors.  The bathrooms feature a vessel sink and soaker bathtub.  Each bed includes a luxury pillow top mattress, high thread-count linens, and faux down comforters and pillows.  Every room comes with an outdoor balcony, high-speed wireless Internet, a personal safe, robes, iron and ironing board.

Single Rooms:  Listed price is for double occupancy.  Add $1,390 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts is no longer offering competitively priced group lift tickets.  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip; prices shown are as of March 2024 when 2024-25 pass sales began, but will increase in the ensuing months, and be unavailable after early December:

  • A "full" Epic Pass ($982)
  • Military Epic Pass – Active/Retired ($172); Veteran ($561)
  • Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for a "32 Resort" pass)
    – ($376 for 5 days; $440 for 6 days)
  • Epic Local Pass ($731)
  • Tahoe Local Pass ($621) - 5 days total at The Rockies

You may purchase Epic Passes directly from Vail Resorts, but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the various options available, including promotional offers from our tour operators.  They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Vail Resorts.
