An IKON Pass resort

Our trip package includes 7 nights (Sat-Sat) in the Cambria Hotel (former Element 29 – where we stayed on our February 2023 trip) (sleep at 9,712 ft), daily hot breakfast buffet, round-trip air to Denver (details below), and ground transfers.
Copper Mountain’s first hotel, the Cambria is nestled at the base of the resort's Center Village. View the hotel's photo gallery to take a visual journey through the amenities it offers, or check out the menu at the hotel's Element 29 Bar & Bistro.
Unwind at the end of your day in the hotel's hot tubs
Keep up with your workout routine in the hotel's fitness center

Our Double Queen Rooms (all are designated as non-smoking) are equipped with coffee makers and mini-fridges. WiFi is complimentary. Rooms with one King bed may be available, upon request and subject to availability.
Single Rooms: Listed price is for double occupancy. Add $1,265 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself
Ikon Passes – Your Best Option: An IKON Pass of some sort is your best option for the trip, especially if you plan to ski at more than one "Ikon" resort this winter.
- Both the Full Ikon Pass and the Ikon Base Pass give you unlimited ski days at Copper Mountain.
- Ikon Session Passes are also available from Ikon for 2, 3, or 4 days. If you want to ski 5 or 6 days you could purchase two Session Passes.
Ikon Passes must be individually purchased (not through the club). You may purchase Ikon Passes directly from Ikon (including discounted pricing available to military members, retirees, and their dependents), but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the promotional offers that may be available from our tour operators.
Group Lift Tickets – No Longer Available: Effective 9/18/2025, Copper Mountain Group Lift Tickets are no longer available through the club. New sign-ups will need to either purchase an IKON Pass of some sort (discussion above), or purchase a lift ticket from the resort. Lift tickets are available for advance purchase on this link. Online purchases are substantially discounted (40% or more) compared to the "window prices" at the resort. The discounted prices as of 9/18/2025 were $765 for a 5-day adult ticket and $894 for a 6-day ticket (same cost for adults and seniors). Prices are expected to increase over time.

We’ll confirm your registration after you've signed up (registered) for the trip and we've received your payment: Pay online by going to our Partial Payments Page where you can make initial deposits &/or interim payments for one or more trips, and for one or more members, in a single transaction. You may also make partial payments with credit cards at club meetings. Note: If you wish instead to pay for the entire trip (or to pay your remaining balance), you should make your payment directly against your trip invoice. You can find your invoice(s) from your profile page by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the website when you are logged in.
If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to the Pentagon Ski Club and mail it to our treasurer: Tom Gallagher, 8203 Lazy Point Lane, Lorton, VA 22079. Indicate which trip, and what skier(s), it is for. Or give it to the trip leader (or to Tom) at a club meeting.
