With 5,300+ acres, Vail is the largest ski resort in Colorado and 2nd only to Big Sky as the largest single-mountain resort in North America.  With its iconic peaks and legendary back bowls, Vail is not just a mountain... it’s like nothing on Earth!  Carve your own path through the resort’s wide-open groomers and endless legendary terrain.  See why Forbes magazine named Vail as one of the best ski resorts in Colorado:

As Colorado’s largest mountain resort, Vail is a bucket list ski experience for a reason. Over 5,300 acres of ski and snowboard terrain, including some world-renowned back bowls, makes this a popular destination for ski lovers of all kinds (the terrain is seemingly endless). But Vail also has more to offer beyond just a stellar experience on the slopes. The picturesque locale has all the charm of a European ski town, with cobblestone streets, a Bavarian-themed village with plenty of glittering trees and luxury restaurants at every turn.

Tivoli Lodge

Our trip package includes seven nights (Sun-Sun) in the Tivoli Lodge (hotel rooms) (sleep at about 8,200 ft) with daily full buffet breakfast, RT Non-stop air from Washington to Denver (details below), and ground transfers.

The Tivoli Lodge is located conveniently — within a block of Gondola One and just a short walk to Vail Village with its unique shops, restaurants, and galleries.  It's perfectly located right on the free Town Shuttle route, providing easy access to explore Vail Village and Lionshead.

Amenities include an on-site fitness center with a Peloton Bike and a mountainside outdoor hot tub and fire pit, both with breath-taking views.

Rooms:  The Tivoli's rooms are impeccably appointed with fine linens, flat screen televisions, plush robes, mini-refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers.  We're offering two categories of rooms, at different price points, with priority for your preferred type based on your initial sign-up/deposit date:

  • The above-listed price ($2,795) is per-person for double occupancy in a Village View room (approx 320 sq ft), which has one King bed or two Double beds.  (King bed by request, and subject to availability.)
  • The larger Mountain View rooms (approx. 420 sq ft) have one King bed or two Queen beds, at an additional $445 per-person cost.  (King bed by request, and subject to availability.)

NOTE:  If  your preferred choice isn't available, the trip leader will  after confirming with you  make an adjustment to your invoice.  You can explore the features and amenities of the various room types on this link.

Single Rooms:  Listed prices are per-person for double occupancy.  If you want a room to yourself, the Single Supplement is an additional $1,225 in a Village View room or $2,125 in a Mountain View room.

Breakfast Buffet:  Our daily American-style breakfast buffet includes omelets, eggs, bacon or sausage, a variety of breads and sweets, fresh fruits, granola, oatmeal, and more.

Brown Hound Lounge

Whether you're looking to unwind from your day or just relax with friends, the Tivoli's Brown Hound Lounge is a legendary place to be.  Adjacent to the Tivoli's stunning lobby, it offers a bountifully stocked bar, cozy and inviting overstuffed chairs and leather sofas, as well as towering views of Vail Mountain and surrounding peaks.

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts does not offer group lift tickets.  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip; prices shown are as of March 2026 when 2026-27 pass sales began, but will increase in the ensuing months, and will be unavailable after early December:

  • A "full" Epic Pass ($1,089)
  • Military Epic Pass – Active/Retired ($215); Veteran ($620)
  • Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for an "all resort" pass)
    – ($527 for 5 days; $602 for 6 days)
  • Epic Local Pass ($809)
  • Tahoe Local Pass ($685) - 5 days total at The Rockies

You may purchase Epic Passes directly from Vail Resorts, but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the various options available, including promotional offers from our tour operators.  They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Vail Resorts.
