2027 Ski Trips

Our 2027 ski trips are now available for signup.  The table below provides a brief look at what we're offering; scroll down to check the features of each trip, and to sign up.  Registration is limited to dues-paying PSC members until July 1st.  After that, members of other Blue Ridge Ski Council clubs will be able to sign up.

Blue Ridge Ski Council:  Registration for our 2027 ski trips will be opened beginning July 1, 2026 to members of other ski clubs that are members of the Blue Ridge Ski Council through the "sanctioning" process.

New Policy on Ground Packages:  The contracts with our tour operators typically require that the majority of a trip’s participants use the flights offered by the club in order to qualify for our group airfare rates.  Last winter, several trips failed to meet that requirement, partly due to the number of participants booking their own air – perhaps to use frequent flier miles or to save on luggage fees.  The club Council has decided to restrict the booking of ground packages to help avoid that situation:

  • Participants requesting With Air packages will be confirmed onto a trip as soon as
they submit their initial deposit, assuming that space remains available.
  • Participants requesting ground packages will be wait-listed until a trip has achieved the number of
With Air signups deemed necessary to assure meeting the trip’s qualification for group airfare rates
    .
  • Once a trip’s group-airfare-rate qualification is assured, wait-listed participants will be confirmed onto the trip,
    and can submit their initial
deposit to secure their place on the trip, assuming that space remains available.
  • Exceptions will typically be allowed for members who live outside the greater Washington DC/Baltimore area and must
fly from a different airport.  Those participants may be confirmed onto the trip, at the discretion of the trip leader, before
the trip’s group-airfare-rate qualification is assured.  They can then submit their initial
deposit to secure their place on the trip.
  • Participants initially confirmed on a With Air package who later wish to switch to a ground package
may need to be added to the ground-package wait list before being confirmed for a switch
    .

Epic & Ikon Passes:  All of our 2027 trips will be going to resorts that accept one of the multi-resort season passes, as indicated above.  You may purchase passes directly from the suppliers (i.e., Epic and IKON), but several of our our tour operators are offering discounts or rebates in conjunction with the trips you might take with the club.  Those offers are described on our Epic & Ikon Pass page.  If you plan to buy a pass, it may behoove you to act quickly as we expect the prices of both passes to go up in the coming weeks and months. You should consider purchasing passes early-on as the costs typically increase before the Memorial Day holiday and periodically as winter gets closer.   Pass sales typically end in early-to-mid December.

Military Passes:  Military Epic passes and military discounts on IKON passes are only available from the suppliers (but note that special pricing is available on IKON Passes through the Military Sales Program).  Details appear on our Epic & Ikon Pass page.

Non-Skiing Trips

Our several non-skiing vacation trips are also listed below and available for registration/signups as indicated.

Tips for All Trips

REAL ID Requirement:  The REAL ID requirement for domestic air travel took effect in May 2025.  Everyone boarding domestic flights will need to present REAL ID-compliant forms of identification.  Standard driver’s licenses and other identification cards will no longer meet federal standards for flying within the U.S.  We suggest you review the Frequently Asked Questions on the TSA's website.  If you don't have a REAL ID compliant driver's license, your passport will substitute.  Absent that, you should still be able to travel, but will likely be subjected to additional screening.

Trip Insurance:  Be sure to review our Trip Insurance page before signing up for a trip, and consider whether to purchase cancellation insurance.  Note that the cancel for any reason option requires that you pay the premium within 14 days of paying your initial deposit on a trip.  The 14-day purchase deadline also applies in order to waive the pre-existing medical condition exclusion.

Signup/Registration Tips:  Please take a moment to read the Trip Signup/Registration Tips.  Each individual must be logged-in with their PSC credentials (email address & password) in order to register (sign up) for a trip.  Before signing up, please take a moment to review your profile including your emergency contact information and (if you're thinking of a trip to Canada or Europe) your passport information.  Make sure your first and middle names exactly match your passport (or whatever ID you'll fly with) so your ticket gets issued correctly.  Then click on the trip's Register button if you're ready to sign up!  Your personal information will be pulled from your profile, and then you will need to select options specific to each trip, for example, what type of lodging you prefer (double occupancy or a single room at extra cost) and what type of lift ticket you want.

Important If you are registering someone other than yourself, you must log out of your own account and then log in with their credentials.  If you skip this step and register them while signed into your own account, their profile information won't convey into their signup record.  This is necessary even with family (bundle) memberships where you are the bundle administrator.

Wait-Listed Trips:  Click on the button to Join wait list and we may be able to confirm you on the trip if we have a cancellation, after confirming that you still want to go.  We're also sometimes able to expand a trip to accommodate additional skiers.

Trip Invoice & Initial Deposit:  An invoice will be generated for each trip you've registered for.  Each trip includes a payment table listing an initial deposit, one or more interim payments, and a final payment date.  You must pay the initial deposit, and any subsequent interim payments that have or are about to come due, to secure your place on the trip.  Your registration is not confirmed until we receive and acknowledge your deposit.  Payments can be made online with a credit card, or by check.  We can also accept credit card payments at club meetings.

    April 25 - May 2, 2026 - $2,785

Listed price includes the dive package.  It DOES NOT include round-trip air.  Non-diver price is $1,910.

The PSC is heading to the Caribbean Island of Grenada!!!  Join us for a week of fun in the sun that includes scuba diving, snorkeling, and island exploration.

Grenada (pronounced Gre-Nay-Dah) is a captivating eco-tourism paradise, nestled in the heart of the Caribbean, where the allure of nature meets the thrill of adventure.  Every moment promises pure adventure, natural splendor, rich heritage, and culinary delights.

Grenada is an island country of the West Indies in the eastern Caribbean Sea.  The southernmost of the Windward Islands, Grenada is directly south of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and about 100 miles north of Trinidad and the South American mainland.

Our trip includes seven nights in True Blue Bay Boutique Resort.  Located on the south coast of the island, True Blue is a family-owned and operated, climate-smart boutique hotel, offering a Caribbean-chic ambience and a colorful and relaxed tropical atmosphere.  The hotel is a short drive from Maurice Bishop International Airport, St. George’s University, the beautiful white-sand Grand Anse Beach, restaurants, and shops.  It is also well-connected to the rest of the island including the historic town of St. Georges.

Our trip package includes five days of scuba diving, round-trip airport transfers, and hotel taxes.  It also includes daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  The meal plan includes two-course lunches & dinners (appetizer and main, or main and dessert).  Drinks (non-alcoholic & alcoholic), steak, and lobster are available for an additional charge.

Overhead View of True Blue Bay Boutique Resort

The resort offers a variety of amenities and activities including an onsite dive shop, yoga studio, spa, restaurant, gym, bakery, four pools, free water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and Hobie-cat sailing), and free shuttle service to Grand Anse Beach or BBC beach.  Snorkeling is also available at the dive shop for an additional fee.

    Basic Trip Includes:

    • 7 nights standard room accommodations at True Blue Beach Resort,
    • Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner (all 7 days) at the onsite Dodgy Dock Restaurant & Bar,
    • Free Wifi

Dive Package (14 total dives:  $875 value) Includes:

      • 5 days of 2-tank morning boat dives,
      • 4 days of 1-tank afternoon dives,
      • Nitrox (@30%), tanks & weights

Each of our True Blue Rooms features either a king-size bed or twin beds, a compact kitchen equipped with a coffee maker and cooking utensils, a cozy couch, a dining area for two, a TV, a wardrobe, and a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.  Nestled on the upper side of the resort, these spacious and comfortable Caribbean-style rooms are perfect for us, thanks to their proximity to the dive shop.  Situated on both the ground and upper levels, each room boasts its own unique views.

Single Rooms:  Listed price is for double occupancy.  Add $550 for the Single Supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Air Schedule:  Everyone will need to secure their own air for the trip.  Below is the itinerary booked by the trip leader, which you may wish to duplicate.  Flights (Subject to Change) are on Delta Airlines to Grenada (Note: Departing out of DCA but return flight lands at IAD)

      Annandale Waterfalls

Grenada is a haven for adventure seekers, beckoning with a myriad of thrilling experiences including hiking through untouched rain forests, journeying to the summit of breathtaking mountain peaks, and diving into the crystal-clear pools of its 14 waterfalls.

      Grand Anse Beach

If you're a beach dweller yearning for sun-kissed sands, Grenada has something special to offer.  The island paradise also beckons to those seeking a break from the demands of everyday life.  For this we recommend a laid-back day on the gorgeous, world-famous Grand Anse Beach with a cocktail in-hand.

      Membership Requirement:

Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council:  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip

      Miscellaneous Trip Information:

Currency:  The official currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD).  There are ATM machines on the island to obtain local currency if needed.  Current exchange rate (17 September 2025) is 2.697 XCD/USD.

Power Outlets:  Genada and the True Blue Bay Resort use a 220v system with UK-style plugs (Type G).  You will need an adapter for our US-style 120v plugs.  You can buy them in Grenada, but recommend that you purchase some before the trip.

Trip Insurance:   Emergency medical, evacuation & repatriation insurance (not cancellation insurance) is included with your trip.  This is not cancellation coverage and will not provide any relief if you have to cancel from the trip before it begins, whether for medical or other reasons.  You may upgrade the coverage of this Basic Plan to include cancellation insurance by clicking on this link.  It will take you to a flyer describing the Basic Plan and the upgrade options available through Myra Altschuler of Travel Protectors LLC:

      • The Option 2 cancellation plan provides all the benefits of the Basic Plan, but also covers you for cancelling for a number of basic reasons such as illness, injury or death to you or to your traveling companion/ roommate.  You must purchase it within 14 days of putting down your very first dollar towards the trip in order to waive the pre-existing medical condition exclusion.
      • The Option 3 "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) plan provides all the benefits of the Option 2 plan, but also covers you for cancelling for any non-standard reason, or if you just don’t want to go, but you must purchase it within 14 days of putting down your very first dollar towards the trip.  If you cancel your trip for a non-standard reason, your refund will be limited to 75% of your insured trip cost.
      • If you upgrade your coverage with either option through Myra, prior to making your final payment on the trip, we will credit your trip invoice with the $60 cost of the club-provided Basic Plan.
      • If you purchase your own travel insurance, which includes emergency medical, evacuation & repatriation coverage, and inform your trip leader prior to making your final payment on the trip, we will credit your trip invoice with the $60 cost of the club-provided Basic Plan.  You must present your policy to the trip leader to receive the credit.

DIVERS ALERT NETWORK (DAN):  It is recommended that all divers on the trip purchase a DAN membership (not included in trip cost).  In case of a dive accident, DAN membership can save you thousands of dollars.  DAN membership alone does not provide coverage for costs of a dive accident; dive accident insurance must be purchased separately for each member if you choose.  Please see the chart and link below for the levels of membership, associated costs, and detailed information about DAN. https://dan.org/

This region is also home to unique cultural traditions, including the Ladin language and culture (found in the central part of the Dolomites).  Our guides will introduce us to the fusion of cultures in South Tyrol, including its famous blend of Italian and Austrian cuisine.  You've skied the area in winter, now come bike it in summer!

Listed price includes the dive package.  It DOES NOT include round-trip air.  Non-diver price is $1365.

The PSC is heading to the Caribbean Island of Curaçao!!!  Join us for a week of fun in the sun that includes scuba diving, snorkeling, shopping, relaxing on the beach or pool, and island exploration.

The "C" in the ABC islands, Curaçao features historic settlements, rugged landscapes and plenty of fun in the sun. (Aruba and Bonaire are the other islands constituting the westernmost islands of the Leeward Antilles).

Curaçao, an island country located in the Caribbean Sea, is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.  Geographically, Curaçao is situated in the southern Caribbean, near the coast of Venezuela.  Best of all, this semiarid island is sheltered from the worst of the Atlantic's hurricane season.  Gentle trade winds keep temperatures in the mid-80s, so you can enjoy the outdoors year-round.

Curaçao's main port city, Willemstad, is what an old-world European city would look like if it had been dropped it in the Caribbean.  The brightly painted Dutch colonial buildings reflect pinks, yellows and blues into the cerulean St. Anna Bay.  Once you leave the city, the landscape shifts to a desert scene, with spiny aloe and mesquite sprouting from atop weathered limestone cliffs.

Mambo Beach, Curacao Sunset, and Hiking opportunities

Curaçao's real draw is the beach.  Picture-perfect bays and coves flank the island, their turquoise waters lapping gently against powdery white sand. Curaçao's reefs teem with marine life, providing excellent underwater playgrounds for scuba divers and snorkelers.

      Our trip package includes:

      • Seven nights in LionsDive Beach Resort with daily breakfast.
      • Five days of scuba diving.
      • Round-trip airport transfers and hotel taxes.

Guests are encouraged to explore all there is to offer on the resort, and also the beautiful surroundings, including weekly walking tours on the nearby Salt Pans, and spot flamingos.

The resort offers a variety of amenities and activities including an onsite dive shop (Ocean Encounters), a private beach with lounge chairs, four restaurants, two pools, a gym, spa, laundry service, and onsite car rental office.  Snorkeling and diving are available from the beach.

        Membership Requirement:

Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.  The trip will be "sanctioned" through the Blue Ridge Ski Council:  Current members of other BRSC member ski clubs may register for the trip

        Miscellaneous Information:

Currency:  Curaçao’s currency is the Caribbean Guilder (Cg), which was introduced in March 2025. The Cg is pegged to the U.S. dollar at a fixed exchange rate of $1 USD = 1.79 Cg.  The U.S. Dollar is also accepted everywhere as legal tender, and the ATMs in Curaçao dispense both Caribbean Guilders and U.S. dollars.

Power Outlets:  LionsDive Resort uses a 220-volt system with Type F receptacles.  You will need an adapter for our US-style 120-volt plugs.  You can buy them in Curacao, but we recommend that you purchase some before the trip.

Breckenridge is highly regarded for its massive 3,000-acre terrain, high-alpine bowls, and charming, historic town atmosphere.  It is consistently rated as excellent for all skill levels, particularly beginners and intermediates, with high-speed lifts servicing five distinct peaks.  See why Forbes magazine named Breckenridge as one of the best ski resorts in Colorado:

Breckenridge is a great family resort just 104 miles from Denver. Thanks to its abundance of green trails and plenty of areas for lessons, it has become a popular place for adult beginners and little ones alike.  But that doesn’t exclude those more advanced skiers—187 total trails mean there is something here for every level.  One of the coolest and most unique elements of the town of Breck is its direct access to the mountain from Main Street.  Ski right from the top of North America’s highest chairlift at the close of the day directly to your favorite après watering hole—nearly the entire town is ski-in, ski-out.  Speaking of the town, its historic mining town charm is one-of-a-kind.  Here, you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants, sans the stuffy feel of some of the other more expensive ski towns in Colorado.

Beaver Run Resort Complex, right at Peak 9's Beaver Run Super Chair

Our trip package includes seven nights (Sat-Sat) in the ski-in/ski-out Beaver Run Resort with nonstop RT air from Washington Dulles to Denver (details below) and ground transfers.

Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run we're just a few steps away from the ski slopes.

Beaver Run has an extensive lineup of amenities including pools, hot tubs, and a fitness room.

Single Rooms:  Listed price is for double occupancy; add $1,000 for the single supplement if you want a room (but not an entire Condo unit) to yourself.

        BRSC Western Carnival:  Events include:

        • Farewell Dinner-Dance on Thursday

Breakfast Option:  Coupons for the breakfast buffet at Spencer's Restaurant are available as a $24/day option, tax & gratuity included.  You may select as many or as few days as you wish when you register for the trip.  (Max of 6:  We depart too early on Saturday, Jan 30, to enjoy breakfast.)

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts does not offer group lift tickets.  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide far better value than buying lift tickets at the resort.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip; prices shown are as of March 2027 when 2026-27 pass sales began, but will increase in the ensuing months, and will be unavailable after early December:

        • A "full" Epic Pass ($1,089)
        • Military Epic Pass – Active/Retired ($215); Veteran ($620)
        • Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for an "all resort" pass)
          – ($527 for 5 days; $602 for 6 days)
        • Epic Local Pass ($809)
        • Tahoe Local Pass ($685) - 5 days total at The Rockies
        • Summit Value Pass ($651)

You may purchase Epic Passes directly from Vail Resorts, but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the various options available, including promotional offers from our tour operators.  They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Vail Resorts.

Our tour operator for the Breckenridge trip, Encompasse Tours, has a special promotion offering up to a $200 rebate in conjunction with the purchase of an Epic Pass.

7 nights (Sat-Sat) in the resort's landmark property, the Huntley Lodge, (sleep at 7,500 ft) with daily buffet breakfast, round-trip NONSTOP air to Bozeman (details below), and ground transfers.

        Huntley Lodge

Conveniently located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, the Huntley was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for the resort.  The amenities at this slope-side, three-story classic ski lodge include a pool and hot tub, fitness center, Chet's Restaurant, Mountain Mocha coffee shop, and the Huntley Dining Room.  It is as tasteful as it is convenient:  The Explorer Lift is just out the back door, and the two main lifts — the Swift Current going up Lone Peak and the Ramcharger serving Andesite Mountain are just a short walk away.

The Huntley Lodge features Boyne Beds and flat panel televisions.  The listed price includes double occupancy in a room with two Queen bedsAmenities in our spacious rooms include Keurig coffee makers and mini refrigerators. Baggage handling is included.

Single Rooms:  Listed price is for double occupancy.  Add $2,080 for the single supplement if you want a room to yourself.

Ikon Pass Benefits:  If you're planning to ski at more than one "Ikon" resort this winter, an Ikon Pass may be a better value than the available group lift tickets (see below); it may depend when you buy your pass as prices will increase as winter gets closer.

        • A Full Ikon Pass gives you 7 days at Big Sky.
        • An Ikon Base Pass gives you 5 days at Big Sky.
        • Note that Ikon Passes do not provide access
to the Lone Peak Tram (more below).

Ikon Passes must be individually purchased (not through the club).  You may purchase Ikon Passes directly from Ikon (including discounted pricing available to military members and their dependents), but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the promotional offers that may be available from our tour operators.

If you'll be using an Ikon Pass, we must provide your pass number to the resort so that it counts towards our group lift ticket minimum purchase requirements.  Please enter your Ikon Pass number into your membership profile before registering for the trip, or provide it to the trip leader if you purchase (or renew) your pass subsequent to signing up.

Group Lift Tickets:  Group lift tickets are available as an extra-cost option for skiers without an Ikon Pass.  Here are the 2026 costs (invoices will be adjusted once 2027 prices are confirmed):

         Lift Ticket Options
         1-Day  5-Day
         6-Day
         Adult $185  $810  $970
         Senior (70+)
        $160   $700  $840

Holders of an Ikon Base Pass may wish to purchase the 1-day ticket so they can ski every day, as those passes allow only 5 days of skiing at Big Sky.

        Lone Peak Tram

Unlimited daily access to the Lone Peak Tram is included with the group lift tickets.  However, Ikon Passes do not include tram access.  If you'll be using an Ikon Pass and even think you may want to ride the tram, you should set up Autocharge – before leaving for the trip – and link it to your Ikon Pass:

        • Go to this website and enter your Ikon Pass number.
Note:  Ikon Pass numbers begin with the letter 'I'; not a number (1).
        • Note:  If it says access is for 25/26, you'll need to return as winter nears to set up Autocharge for 26/27.
        • Click on ADD TO CART (at -0- cost) and then Checkout
        • You can checkout as a guest, or you could create an account with the resort before starting this process, and login to your account at this point.
        • Continue clicking to e-sign the waivers and enter your address and credit card information.  You won't be charged unless you actually ride the tram.

The available group lift ticket is a better value than the individual Steamboat senior lift ticket.  Children 12 and under ski free the same number of days as their parents when they purchase a 5 or more day adult lift ticket.  Offer is valid with one free child ticket per paid parent; limit two per family.  Parents must purchase a group lift ticket (not be using an Ikon Pass).

Holders of an Ikon Base Pass may wish to purchase the 1-day ticket so they can ski every day, as those passes allow only 5 days of skiing at Steamboat.

The Drei Zinnen (Three Peaks) Ski Area is part of the Dolomiti Superski destination where skiing goes hand-in-hand with epic views that rise up around you in a jagged panorama of the magnificent UNESCO-protected Dolomites.  Parked up high in northern Italy, close to the border with Austria (Sud-Tirol), where some of the area’s most famed views surround you – the three grey monoliths known as the Three Peaks stand like sentries over your passage down the pistes.  With more than 115 kilometers of ski slopes and a mix of red, black and blue runs, the resort is a thing of beauty with perfectly maintained pistes that are ready when you are.  Even better, there are state-of-the-art cable cars and lifts which will sweep you right to the top of the mountain to start your day.  The perfectly organized and free ski transportation system carries you between five villages: Sexto, Innichen, Dobbianco, Neiderdorf and Prags.  Explore five mountains with well-designed ski connections between Helm, Stiergarten, Rotwand, Kreuzberg and Val Comelico.

With 5,300+ acres, Vail is the largest ski resort in Colorado and 2nd only to Big Sky as the largest single-mountain resort in North America.  With its iconic peaks and legendary back bowls, Vail is not just a mountain... it’s like nothing on Earth!  Carve your own path through the resort’s wide-open groomers and endless legendary terrain.  See why Forbes magazine named Vail as one of the best ski resorts in Colorado:

As Colorado’s largest mountain resort, Vail is a bucket list ski experience for a reason. Over 5,300 acres of ski and snowboard terrain, including some world-renowned back bowls, makes this a popular destination for ski lovers of all kinds (the terrain is seemingly endless). But Vail also has more to offer beyond just a stellar experience on the slopes. The picturesque locale has all the charm of a European ski town, with cobblestone streets, a Bavarian-themed village with plenty of glittering trees and luxury restaurants at every turn.

        Tivoli Lodge

Our trip package includes seven nights (Sun-Sun) in the Tivoli Lodge (hotel rooms) (sleep at about 8,200 ft) with daily full buffet breakfast, RT Non-stop air from Washington to Denver (details below), and ground transfers.

The Tivoli Lodge is located conveniently — within a block of Gondola One and just a short walk to Vail Village with its unique shops, restaurants, and galleries.  It's perfectly located right on the free Town Shuttle route, providing easy access to explore Vail Village and Lionshead.

Amenities include an on-site fitness center with a Peloton Bike and a mountainside outdoor hot tub and fire pit, both with breath-taking views.

Rooms:  The Tivoli's rooms are impeccably appointed with fine linens, flat screen televisions, plush robes, mini-refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers.  We're offering two categories of rooms, at different price points, with priority for your preferred type based on your initial sign-up/deposit date:

        • The above-listed price ($2,795) is per-person for double occupancy in a Village View room (approx 320 sq ft), which has one King bed or two Double beds.  (King bed by request, and subject to availability.)
        • The larger Mountain View rooms (approx. 420 sq ft) have one King bed or two Queen beds, at an additional $445 per-person cost.  (King bed by request, and subject to availability.)

NOTE:  If  your preferred choice isn't available, the trip leader will  after confirming with you  make an adjustment to your invoice.  You can explore the features and amenities of the various room types on this link.

Single Rooms:  Listed prices are per-person for double occupancy.  If you want a room to yourself, the Single Supplement is an additional $1,225 in a Village View room or $2,125 in a Mountain View room.

Breakfast Buffet:  Our daily American-style breakfast buffet includes omelets, eggs, bacon or sausage, a variety of breads and sweets, fresh fruits, granola, oatmeal, and more.

        Brown Hound Lounge

Whether you're looking to unwind from your day or just relax with friends, the Tivoli's Brown Hound Lounge is a legendary place to be.  Adjacent to the Tivoli's stunning lobby, it offers a bountifully stocked bar, cozy and inviting overstuffed chairs and leather sofas, as well as towering views of Vail Mountain and surrounding peaks.

Lift Tickets:  Lift tickets are not included in the trip package, as Vail Resorts does not offer group lift tickets.  Epic Passes, which must be individually purchased (not through the club), provide the best value.

Epic Passes:  Participants are encouraged to purchase an Epic Pass product of some type early-on.  The following options would cover your skiing for the trip; prices shown are as of March 2026 when 2026-27 pass sales began, but will increase in the ensuing months, and will be unavailable after early December:

        • A "full" Epic Pass ($1,089)
        • Military Epic Pass – Active/Retired ($215); Veteran ($620)
        • Epic Day Pass (the non-holiday-rate for an "all resort" pass)
          – ($527 for 5 days; $602 for 6 days)
        • Epic Local Pass ($809)
        • Tahoe Local Pass ($685) - 5 days total at The Rockies

You may purchase Epic Passes directly from Vail Resorts, but we suggest that you visit our Epic & Ikon Pass page to explore the various options available, including promotional offers from our tour operators.  They offer all except the military passes, which must be purchased directly from Vail Resorts.
